The state isn’t interested in improving K-12 math and science in Florida, so the districts and their teachers will have to lead – a Tallahassee Democrat op-ed

Neither the Florida Legislature nor the leadership of the Florida Department of Education are interested in improving math and science instruction in the state’s K-12 schools.  This Tallahassee Democrat op-ed argues that the task therefore falls to the districts, who should count on their teachers to lead.
