AIP report: Biggest problems facing high school physics teachers are insufficient funds for equipment and supplies and inadequate student mathematical preparation

So says a report released by the American Institute of Physics based on the 2008-2009 National Survey of High School Physics Teachers.

Of course, these problems and others are more severe at schools with many students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
