SUS Chancellor Brogan and Rep. Proctor focus on setting priorities at Higher Education Coordinating Council meeting

The Associated Press article on the HECC meeting published in the Miami Herald, reported that Rep. Proctor said that universities now must focus on priority-setting in the wake of the veto of the FSU/UF tuition bill.  Chancellor Brogan was quoted saying, “One of my greatest frustrations in the two-and-a-half years I’ve been here is the inability to nail down by institution what they perceive to be their most important undergraduate programs, graduate programs and research strengths…As mother used to say: ‘If everything is your priority, you have no priorities.'”
